Installation Steps
1Download App
- Open Google Play Store on your Android device
- Search for "Point Plus POS"
- Tap "Install" button
- Wait for download and installation to complete
- App icon appears on home screen
2Login to Your Account
- Tap Point Plus POS icon to launch app
- Enter your Point Plus POS email and password
- Tap "Sign In"
- App syncs with your cloud account
- Your inventory, customers, and settings download automatically
3Connect Payment Hardware (Optional)
For card payments, pair a Bluetooth card reader:
- Turn on Bluetooth card reader (e.g., Square Reader, Clover Go)
- Open Settings → Bluetooth on Android device
- Pair card reader with device
- In Point Plus POS app, go to Settings → Payment Hardware
- Select paired card reader from list
- Test card swipe to confirm connection

Troubleshooting
App won't sync?
Check Wi-Fi/cellular connection. Go to app Settings → Force Sync. If still stuck, log out and log back in to trigger full sync.
Bluetooth card reader not connecting?
Unpair and re-pair reader. Check reader battery. Ensure reader is compatible (Square Reader, Clover Go, ID Tech Shuttle recommended).
Barcode scanner not working?
Grant camera permissions in Android Settings → Apps → Point Plus POS → Permissions. Clean camera lens. Ensure barcode is clear and well-lit.
